My next move... I am quickly closing in on 3 years since my official diagnosis, just over 3 weeks away when I got my birthday present...you have cancer of the prostate. Little did I/we know how much those words can up end your life. A life that took, literally, a lifetime to achieve. Wow, who could have imagined this is the way it would end up? There have been so many doctors, appointments, therapists, and others. Too many to count! But, I have come to the epiphany that it is time for a change. I know, in the past, I stated - "never again, no more surgeries!" I have had a change of heart on that idea. The past three years has also been filled with ideas, tips, tricks, etc. that have helped others, but did nothing for me.
