What a coaster ride!

 This was also my topic on June, 2021.  That was just 3 months after surgery and 6 months after the news of a cancer diagnosis.  Even then, life was beginning a large roller coaster.  Little did I know that roller coaster called life could get even larger!  This is the longest amusement park ride ever, although there is very little amusement.   I am an advocate of counseling after a diagnosis and any treatment.  I have partaken, but still struggle to accept my changes.  I have tried many things to speed my recovery, but still the nerves are dormant.  Let's run down the list... Physical Therapy for pelvic floor Vacuerect to keep blood flowing Tri Mix to force blood to flow and stay in place Acupuncture Mental Health Therapy I am now going to explore hypnotherapy to try to change my outlook on this whole sucky journey.  As Jimmy Buffett says -  I really do need to find a happy spot and laugh again.  I am waaaaayyy to serious...
